With all systems a go, integration to Envision Consulting’s Microsoft OneDrive took place and the system was deployed. The first phase of asset centralization includes storing not only typical sales and marketing content such as solution briefs, playbooks, fact sheets, brochures, etc., but blogs, email templates and YouTube videos – and not only their own videos, but those of their partners.
As new material is brought into the hub, it’s appropriately categorized. This single source of trusted assets has simplified content discovery, enriching marketing activities and sales enablement.
